All Clubs: Please take CAREFUL note of the following:
1. All players MUST meet the collegiate eligibility requirements of USA Rugby. Go to www.usarugby.org and click on "Regulations" in the left hand panel.
2. The annual CIPP cycle has been changed. The cycle now runs from August 31, so teams have more time to register/reregister players.
Go to www.usarugby.org and click on "Membership" in the left hand panel. Remember to register your club and coach/es.
3. Eligibility documentation and other information will also be available at www.usarugbysouth.com
4. The 2008 competition will see a minor change in completing the Game Roster Form. Clubs will now be permitted to complete the roster, in particular
the seven named replacements, after the match and before submission to the referee. Representatives from both clubs must still conduct a player
eligibility check from their opponent's USA Rugby Collegiate Player Eligibility Form, plus conducting the photo ID check before the kick-off.
5. Please pay attention to bad weather procedures. Traveling teams must give at least 24 hours notice to the home team if they anticipate traveling
difficulties. The home team is under the same obligation, plus advising the match official. Failure to comply may result in a match forfeiture against
   the offending team.
6. All Clubs must insure their pitches meet the requirements of the IRB Laws - Law 1. (see www.irb.com/laws), together with flags, post pads and
spectator barriers. Any club not in compliance may be penalized or receive a forfeit.
7. All clubs are expected to make a good faith attempt to reschedule any game cancelled due to inclement weather, schools breaks etc.
8. The schedule has been compiled as fairly as possible. Although a general awareness has been shown regarding spring breaks, some clubs may find
themselves with a game scheduled, particularly in respect of conference play-offs, during their spring break. Clubs must respond immediately to
resolve these issues with their opponents. Failure to do so may result in the intervention of the conference commissioner and a potentially
   unfavorable decision.
9. Winning teams are responsible for forwarding by fax or e-mail the completed game roster forms as soon as possible after the game so the results
can be posted on the USA Rugby South web site.
10. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please contact your conference commissioner, who is there to help.
